Oleg Gez
Oleg Gez has over 15 years of working experience in oil industry with a strong focus on the development of Downstream business segment, oil products processing and sales, operational efficiency of sales, retail management and transformations, M&A deals management in oil and gas industry.
Oleg Gez joined Ukrnafta’s team in 2016 first as Director of Planning and Efficiency Control Department. From October 2017 he has been Executive Vice President for Downstream and member of the Executive Board. Oleg Gez has been temporarily acting as Chairman of the Company’s Executive Board since May 1, 2019. Before joining Ukrnafta Mr. Gez spent 10 years of his career with TNK-BP where he obtained managerial experience in strategic planning, assets management and sales in B2B sector. He was Deputy Director for Economics in VDS (Belarus) as well.
Oleg graduated from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University with the specialization in project management and consulting (Master’s Degree). He also undertook an internship programme British Chancellor Financial Sector Scheme at Leeds Business School (Leeds, UK) and at Kepstowe Freight Services (London, UK). He also gained degree of Certified Accountant and is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK).
