CAS dismisses Russian Paralympic Committee's appeal

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed the Russian Paralympic Committee's appeal against the suspension of its work at the International Paralympic Committee.

"The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has dismissed the appeal filed by the Russian Paralympic Committee (RPC) against the decision rendered by Governing Board of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) on 7 August 2016. As a consequence, the IPC decision is confirmed," the court said in its resolution, published on Tuesday.
