The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has decided to appoint a UEFA Ethics and Disciplinary Inspector to conduct an investigation against FC Dynamo Kyiv into the behavior of some its fans during a Champions League group stage match against Chelsea FC in Kyiv on October 20.
The date of the CEDB meeting will be determined at a later stage, according to a statement posted on the UEFA website.
On October 22, the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body of UEFA opened proceedings against FC Dynamo Kyiv due to the racist behavior of some of the club’s fans who were seen to attack fans of African origin, as well as other disturbances and blocked stadium stairways.
