Blatter's resignation gives hope for abolition of some of FIFA decisions - Poroshenko

Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has expressed the hope that the resignation of President of the International Football Federation (FIFA) Joseph Blatter will result in the abolition of several dubious decisions of FIFA.

"Blatter's resignation as a result of high-profile corruption scandals in FIFA gives hope for the abolition of some of this organization's decisions, which came about as the result of corruption," the president wrote on his Facebook page on Tuesday night.
