Dnipro pulls out of Champions League
Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk has pulled out of the 2014/2015 UEFA Champions League at the stage of the third qualifying round.
On Wednesday, August 6, the Ukrainian club lost to Denmark's Copenhagen 0-2 away.
The first match between the two teams, which was held in Kyiv a week ago, ended in a goalless draw.
This was a debut season for Dnipro in the Champions League.
Now the team will continue to struggle in the Europa League playoffs, where it can win a ticket to the group stage of the tournament.
