Kharkiv has 22 cogeneration units, 31 modular boilers, needs over 140 facilities – Terekhov
Twenty-two cogeneration units and 31 modular boilers have already been installed in Kharkiv, the city needs more than 140 power generation facilities ahead of the upcoming fall and winter season, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov has said in his report during a Monday meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to the presidential press service, Terekhov along with Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov informed the head of state about the preparations for the fall and winter season in the region.
The mayor said, in particular, that 22 cogeneration units and 31 modular boilers have already been installed in the city.
He also said Kharkiv needs more than 140 power generation facilities to ensure a capacity of 340 MW.
