Thousands of families from Berdiansk, Mariupol, Melitopol, Enerhodar and other towns were provided with shelter in the city. The volunteers organize psychosocial support events for them.
More than 440 such events were held over six months to help children and adults overcome stress, feel their own safety and learn how to support themselves and their loved ones.
Currently, there are nine support locations in Zaporizhia and the region.
