ITEX Holding helped the children of Bila Tserkva
On June 4, 2022, a charity concert of the band Skryabin to help children who have cerebral palsy took place in Bila Tserkva. The event was organized by the Charitable Foundation «From Ukraine».
The concert's purpose was to draw public attention to the problems of children with disabilities, displaced children, and children whose parents are currently defending our country. As part of the charity concert, fundraising for the Armed Forces and assistance to children were organized. All funds will be directed to the intended purpose.
Given what has been happening for the last three and a half months, it is clear that our children will never be the same as their peers in France, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, or any other peaceful country. It will take us decades to rectify the aftermath of this horrible war. We need to unite as much as possible to help the youngest Ukrainians — children who have health problems or have suffered from armed aggression. It is currently the highest priority. Vasyl Zagorodniuk, the owner of ITEX Holding, said that helping children during the war is extremely important. It is difficult to disagree with this because there is nothing more important than children because they are our future.
In addition to fundraising, the concert and songs of the legendary band Skryabin allowed people to briefly distract from the horrors of war and appreciate good music. Unexpected sounds of well-known hits did not leave anyone indifferent. Nowadays, such initiatives have the effect of psychological rehabilitation.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of gifts to children. The concert organizers did their best to create a unique atmosphere of unity, and they succeeded. All the concert guests willingly talked to each other, listened to their favorite songs, and danced. Such events make us kinder and open our hearts. These seemingly simple words take on a completely different meaning during the war.
