BAT Ukraine resumed manufacturing operations at the Pryluky tobacco factory
On 25 April 2022 the Pryluky tobacco factory has resumed its manufacturing operations.
BAT Ukraine has made a thorough risk and threat analysis and has decided to take a phased approach to resume manufacturing at our Pryluky factory.
In these challenging times we need to satisfy the demand of our Ukrainian and foreign adult consumers and to support the functioning of the Ukrainian economy.
The operations at the Pryluky factory comply with all applicable security and safety requirements, curfew and other restrictions proper to martial law.
We are constantly monitoring the security and safety situation in Pryluky and Chernihiv region and will adapt our activities to changing realities.
We believe that restoring manufacturing operation in Pryluky is a proof of our commitment towards our employees, adult consumers and the economy of Ukraine.
