International Sevastopol Investment Forum
On September 16-17, 2011, Sevastopol will host the International Investment Forum, which aims to present opportunities in the region, show off the largest investment projects and discuss conditions and prospects for foreign companies' activities in the region. Sevastopol is a resort city and at the same time unique platform for business development. Thanks to its location, gentle climate and historical value to many cultures, the city each year attracts more and more tourists, which makes it the perfect place for the development of hotel, tourist and recreation business. At the same time, Sevastopol is an industrial region, and the city is a large area for the activity of investors working in such sectors as real estate, shipbuilding and the ship repair business, transportation and logistics, alternative energy, minerals, winemaking and many others. The Investment Forum is to become an annual international platform for a dialogue between representatives of the authorities and business, which will assist in improving the investment climate, economic development and increase the competitiveness of the region. One of the main aims of the forum is to present actual investment projects, which tour attendees will have the opportunity to see first-hand during tours.
