NAI Ukraine to take part in Tenant Mix Conference Spring Season 2021
On March 31, the managers and owners of shopping centers will meet at the Malls Club to build a rental strategy for the near future.
The head of the consulting department at NAI Ukraine Maryna Gurevych will participate in this event and present research on "Trends in shopping habits of Ukrainians". From her presentation, you will learn:
- Features of visiting the mall in 2020 compared to 2019;
- Modern challenges for shopping malls: loyalty rating to shopping malls in Kyiv; what components of the mall are important today; the most popular product categories and brands;
- How to buy in 2020 in the mall: the dynamics of growth in different product categories;
- The role of online: purchase frequency, which areas of online are most interesting to buyers, whether it can replace physical stores.
