Urban Experts’ project is shortlisted for Interiorgoda 2021 award
Urban Experts project – Rive Gauche shopping and entertainment center (Kyiv, Ukraine) got into the nomination "Unrealized Interior of Public Administration Buildings" of the Interiorgoda 2021 award.
Team of designers from Urban Experts created an interior that fully corresponds to the client’s global concept. We have introduced the concept of "Living center", which comes instead of the typical "Shopping Center".
Interior design goals:
- adjustment of planning decisions of atrium spaces and light lanterns
- ensuring maximum visibility of two-storey shop windows for visitors who are on any of them
- development of design, in accordance with the best world standards for the international customer, but with the use of available materials certified on the Ukrainian market
- creation of a unique catering area capable of performing an anchor function for the inhabitants of the massif
- formation of conditions conducive to the longest stay in the facility: the organization of "zones of moments" and the creation of a route for "design travel"
Information about the Interiorgoda 2021 award
The annual exhibition will take place on March 25 – 26, 2021 at the Kyiv International Convention Center Parkovy. The main goal of the competition is to popularize Ukrainian design, search for new names in the field of architecture and identify current trends.
