PRESS RELEASE from Ferrero, entitled "Kyiv Economic Court will continue consideration of case regarding protection of rights to Raffaello brand"
Kyiv, May, 12, 2010 –Tomorrow, May 13, Kyiv Economic Court will continue consideration of a case on a lawsuit by Soremartec S. A. (Ferrero Group) regarding the protection of the rights to the Raffaello trademark. The new consideration of the case started on April 15, 2010 under a ruling by the Supreme Court of Ukraine of January 26, 2010, when the Supreme Court of Ukraine cancelled previous rulings on the case, which declared invalid the registration of the Raffaello trade mark, which could have jeopardized the protection of Ferrero's intellectual property rights in Ukraine.
