SEC Lavina Mall was presented to 400 retailers
The presentation of readiness of SEC “Lavina Mall” was held on September the 1st. Lessees, brokers, architects, project consultants and representatives of Ukrainian and foreign brands were invited to the technical opening of the first phase.
More than 400 retailers visited the event, having an opportunity to communicate in an informal atmosphere with Vagif Aliev, the project investor.
Vagif Aliev personally guided the tour through “Lavina Mall” to show and emphasize not only the architectural and design solutions but also object’s convenience for the lessees and visitors.
“We have done the great thing, which includes the work of thousands of specialists. Today, we are entering the final straight. We have never saved money on design, we provided our mega-mall with huge parking and created a unique entertainment zone. Now our task is to get ready for the Grand Opening for our visitors, working together with the best retailers in the country in tight deadlines. It is vital that all project participants have invested part of their souls in this event – the most exciting in the history of Ukrainian shopping, retail, and entertainment”.
All meeting participants were impressed by the scope of the object.
Market experts also noticed a significance of “Lavina” not only for Ukraine but for the whole Eastern Europe, calling it “the first Ukrainian super-regional mega-mall” a new milestone in the development of the country’s commercial real estate, the representative of “a new generation of mega-malls.” Considering the announced the Grand Opening on the September 30, the lessees of “Lavina Mall” have every chance to hit stride and “skim the cream off” the sales peak in December.
We would like to remind you about the recent announcement of obtaining the Operational Acceptance Certificate for the first phase of the object. “Lavina Mall” is getting ready to be officially opened on the September 30.
SEC “Lavina Mall” is located in Sviatoshyn district of Kyiv in 6-D Berkovetska street, within one of the largest European commercial hubs – between the constructions hypermarket “Epicenter” and grocery hypermarket “Auchan”. The total area of the first phase is 170 280 m2, and together with the second phase the entire area of “Lavina” will reach to 200 000 m2. The main advantage of this mega-mall is the unique entertainment zone which includes 13-halled cinema “Multiplex” and covered thematic family entertainment park “Galaxy” with the total area of 50 000 square meters.
