Interfax-Ukraine updates its public Web site
The Interfax-Ukraine News Agency has redesigned its public Web site on the Internet, making it even more convenient for subscribers, the general public, and advertisers.
While developing its new design, the agency took into account the requests and wishes of users, both in terms of the Web site structure and additional possibilities for working with materials. Special attention was paid to social functions, and Web site navigation has become much easier and more intuitive.
"It's a landmark event that the update of the Web site is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the news agency, which will be marked on November 23. The restarting of the site is not the end of long-lasting work, but rather its beginning," Director General of the Interfax-Ukraine News Agency Oleksandr Martynenko said.
He said that a whole number of new sections, areas and functions would be gradually introduced in the structure of the portal.
"Our clients remain a priority for us, but the agency is also planning to pay more attention to those who use the Internet to search for information, especially social and political [information]," Martynenko said.
The Web site, as before, is available at www.interfax.com.ua, where all of the products of the news agency can be directly accessed. All other domain names owned by Interfax-Ukraine will also function for a certain period of time required for the convenience of all clients.
The Interfax-Ukraine News Agency - a company belonging to the international group Interfax Information Services - has been a provider of information in the political and economic information market of Ukraine since 1992.
The agency currently markets more than 50 information products on political and economic subjects in four languages (Ukrainian, Russian, English and German).
