The agency polled 2,000 people in 160 towns and cities. The margin of error of the poll is under 2.2%, he said.
According to the poll results, some 20.3% experienced delays in wages, 14.3% had their salaries decreased, some 8.2% did not receive their bonuses, 7.6% were transferred to a part time schedule, 5.5% were sent on unpaid leave, 4.6% were dismissed, 2.2% were not paid for work already done, some 1.5% have lost additional employment and 1.2% cancelled job contracts.
On the other hand, 57.1% did not experience any of these, and some 2.3% could not provide a definite answer.
"This shows that, in fact, things are not all bad," Bukhalov said.
