Ukrtelecom to approve three-year development plan by late 2011
Kyiv, August 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) - PJSC Ukrtelecom intends to develop and approve a plan for the company's development for the next three years by late 2011, Company Board Chairman Heorhiy Dzekon said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
The shareholders are engaged in the development of this plan, he said. According to him, the company will be ready at the end of the year to announce its plans for further development, including those on the planned investment.
Dzekon added that the priority for investment would be broadband Internet access.
Previously, when the company was under state ownership, there were delays in the approval of the company's financial plans, which, according to Dzekon, complicated the planning of the company's development.
