IT Infrastructure to occupy up to 40% of e-reader market in Ukraine in 2011
Kyiv, April 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Kyiv-based IT Infrastructure Ltd. expects to take about 30-40% of the Ukrainian market of devices for reading digital books in 2011 after the launch of mass sale of the No. 618 Azbooka device.
"We hope that our market in Ukraine will be up to 30-40%," Vladimir Levchenko, IT Infrastructure's e-reader sales manager for Ukraine and Russia said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
He said the major advantage of the No. 618 Azbooka is its low price (UAH 1,880) compared to similar gadgets.
High contrast and speed of screen refreshing, long battery life (up to 30 days), a 4GB memory card are also among the pros.
