Preliminary registration of apartments in Technical Inventory Bureau before house construction to prevent double sales of apartments, says expert
Kyiv, December 2 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ukrainian Construction Association (UCA) has proposed to introduce the preliminary registration of apartments in the Technical Inventory Bureau before the start of the construction of houses to prevent the illegal double sale of apartments, according to UCA Head Lev Partskhaladze.
"UCA members support the introduction of the preliminary registration of apartments before an order on construction is issued to prevent double sales," he said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine in Kyiv on Thursday.
Partskhaladze expressed hope that the requirement would be foreseen in a draft laws on town planning regulations.
