Experts doubt Tymoshenko's government will be dismissed

Kyiv, November 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) –The government of Yulia Tymoshenko will not be dismissed, according to political experts.

"There will be no real steps [taken]. There will be neither the dismissal [of the government of Tymoshenko], nor the formation of a new coalition," President of the Open Policy Analytical Center Ihor Zhdanov said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.

According to him, the plans of the Regions Party will not be realized.

Director of the Penta Center for Political Studies Volodymyr Fesenko, in turn, noted that there was no official submission of a bill on the government's dismissal in parliament. He also noted that the Regions Party had only 170 votes in support of government's dismissal.

According to Fesenko, the Regions Party has another purpose - a propagandistic one. The Regions Party is attempting to show that it is striving to achieve a rise in social standards, while the government is not.

At the same time, according to Fesenko, the dismissal of the government could be a catalyst for the further dismissal of the Verkhovna Rada after the presidential election.

However, Fesenko said the parliament doesn't want early parliamentary elections, and that's why the government was unlikely to be dismissed.
