Cabinet simplifies procedures for importing equipment for projects involving significant investments
The Cabinet of Ministers has simplified the procedures for importing equipment for one's own use as part of supporting projects involving significant investment, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko reported.
"Support for projects involving significant investments: The procedures for importing equipment for personal use within the framework of the project have been simplified for investors who have used this form of state support [projects from EUR 12 million]," Svyrydenko wrote on the Telegram channel following the results of the government meeting on Monday.
According to her, the deadline for submitting information on the list and volumes of goods to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture is increasing from 5 days to 12 months.
"The cost of equipment must now be indicated in the currency of the contract and in hryvnia [at the NBU exchange rate on the date of submission] to avoid discrepancies between the preliminary and actual customs value," she added.
