Shmyhal instructs to create rehabilitation departments in general hospitals
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal instructed healthcare facilities to conclude contracts with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) on packages of rehabilitation assistance.
"Creation of rehabilitation departments in general hospitals. Cluster and super-cluster healthcare facilities must conclude agreements with NSHU on rehabilitation aid packages," Shmyhal said at a government meeting in Kharkiv region on Friday.
According to the Prime Minister, this order must be fulfilled by November 1, 2024.
As reported, according to the Health Ministry, as of the end of 2023, the existing network of medical institutions included 562 clinics, including 123 supercluster and 157 cluster clinics.
