Kostin discusses with Europol head cooperation on Russian crime investigation

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin has met with Executive Director of Europol Catherine De Bolle to discuss the strengthening of partnership in investigating the aggressor country's atrocities.

"Europol's efforts are crucial in developing the web of comprehensive accountability for international crimes," Kostin said on X Social Network on Friday.

He praised the work of the Analysis Project Core International Crimes (AP CIC) and the Operational Task Force of OSINT experts, as well as the participation of Europol in the Joint Investigation Team on core international crimes has significantly contributed to the team's work.

"We equally appreciate Europol's support for the Freeze and Seize Task Force, as well as Operation OSCAR, which targets criminal assets related to Russia's aggression," the Prosecutor General said.

He also expressed hope for further expanding the continuous cooperation in restoring justice for Ukraine.
