During meeting with Zelenskyy Biden announces new military assistance package for Ukraine
During a meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Washington on Thursday, United States President Joseph Biden announced a new military assistance package for Ukraine.
"Today I am proud to announce a new security assistance package for Ukraine. This will be the eight package that I have authorized since we signed the national security bill," he said.
The U.S. leader also emphasized that the United Stated is working with NATO allies to ensure Ukraine is flying F-16s this summer and "show the world that we stand with Ukraine now and in the future."
