Japan pledges to continue promoting sanctions against Russia – embassy
Japan strongly condemns Russia's missile attacks on Ukraine and will continue to promote sanctions against Russia, the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine has said.
"Japan shows full solidarity with Kyiv. Japan strongly condemns the missile attacks by Russia and will continue to promote sanctions against Russia and support Ukraine in cooperation with the international community," it said on X Social Network on Tuesday.
Earlier, the National Police of Ukraine reported that 42 people, including four children, were killed, 190 people were injured, and 323 facilities were damaged as a result of Russia's missile strike on Monday, July 8.
