Trudeau: striking children’s hospital cannot be justified
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has called the Russian attack on the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in Kyiv “abhorrent,” pointing out that it has no justification.
“This is abhorrent. Striking a children’s hospital — and the innocent children inside — cannot be justified. My heart goes out to the families who are grieving — and Canada’s commitment to Ukraine remains as strong as ever,” Trudeau said on X.
