Section of apartment building destroyed by missile in Kyiv's Shevchenskivsky district – mayor
A section of an apartment building was destroyed as a result of Russia's missile attack on Kyiv Monday, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko has said.
"An apartment building in Shevchenkivsky district was hit. The sections were damaged. One of them was destroyed. Residents are being evacuated," he said on the Telegram channel.
No information about casualties in this strike have been reported yet.
In a video from the scene, one section of a five-storied apartment building, built in 1960s, is completely destroyed from the first to the fifth floor. The exact location of the building is not specified.
