Ukrainian air defense eliminates 24 of 27 enemy Shahed drones

Ukrainian air defense neutralized 24 out of 27 enemy Shahed drones, according to the Air Force.

"Last night, sky defenders managed to hit 24 Shahed drones in Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, and Mykolaiv regions," the Air Force said.

On the night of July 6, 2024, the enemy launched 27 strike drones of the Shahed-131/136 type from Crimea and the Kursk region.

Mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force, Ground Forces air defense, and electronic warfare units were involved in repelling the air attack.
