Shmyhal: Sweden interested in increasing investments in Ukraine
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and Swedish Minister for International Development Cooperation and Foreign Trade Johan Forssell discussed increasing investment and supporting the Ukrainian economy in the face of a full-scale war during a meeting in Kyiv with representatives of Swedish companies.
“According to the Swedish side, Business Sweden, an organisation that helps Swedish companies succeed abroad and operates in more than 40 international markets, is opening its representative office in Kyiv today,” the governmental portal said on Monday.
Shmyhal invited Swedish businesses to invest in Ukraine now.
“The following sectors have the greatest potential for Ukraine’s growth: energy, transport and logistics, agri-food, critical materials, IT and digitalisation, green transition, and manufacturing,” the Prime Minister said.
