Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba at a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council emphasized the need to speed up the supply of military aid to Ukraine and expand defense industry production.

"Today, I addressed EU Foreign Affairs Council upon Josep Borrell's invitation. I thanked 27 EU member states for approving Ukraine's and Moldova's negotiating frameworks. Our EU accession talks will kick off tomorrow," Kuleba wrote on the social network X.

The Foreign Minister also emphasized the importance of the 14th package of EU sanctions for further strangling Putin's war economy and welcomed the EU's latest steps to use frozen Russian assets in the interests of Ukraine.
