Some 551 children killed as result of Russia’s armed aggression in Ukraine - juvenile prosecutors
More than 1,919 children have been injured in Ukraine as a result of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation; as of the morning of June 4, 2024, according to official information from juvenile prosecutors, 551 children died and more than 1,368 received injuries of varying severity, the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGO) has reported on Telegram on Tuesday.
Children in the following regions suffered the most: Donetsk - 536, Kharkiv - 389, Kherson - 152, Dnipropetrovsk - 143, Kyiv - 130, Zaporizhia - 108, Mykolaiv - 107.
On June 3, a 12-year-old boy was killed as a result of shelling in the village of Mykhaylivka, Donetsk region.
On June 4, as a result of the shelling of the city of Dnipro, boys were injured: one 1 month old, and 17 years old.
