Number of victims in Kharkiv reaches 25 – Terekhov
The number of victims as a result of the airstrike carried out on Kharkiv by the Russian armed forces continues to grow, City Mayor Ihor Terekhov has said.
"Already 25 wounded. Two dead. And two more saved," Terekhov said on his Telegram channel.
