Metsola welcomes resumption of journalists' access to Verkhovna Rada

President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola praised the resumption of media representatives' access to the Verkhovna Rada to cover the work of the legislature.

Parliament is an institution that should work openly, she said at a joint press briefing with Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk on Thursday, adding that it was very symbolic for her to address journalists who again have access to the Verkhovna Rada.
