In Novhorod-Siversky district of Chernihiv region, Russians fired at a civilian car, resulting in the death of one person, Head of the regional military administration Viacheslav Chaus said.

"Russian terrorists shot at a civilian car in the borderland of Novhorod-Siversky district. Unfortunately, a man who was bringing food to the population was killed," he said in his Telegram channel on Saturday.
