U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine: On second anniversary of liberation of Bucha, I see hope, indomitable spirit, resilience of Ukrainian people
U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink saw the hope, indestructible spirit and resilience of the Ukrainian people when she visited Bucha on the second anniversary of the liberation of Kyiv region.
The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine said in a message on its Telegram channel on Sunday that on the second anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from Russian troops, the ambassador I saw the hope, indestructible spirit and resilience of the Ukrainian people.
Brink added that in Bucha, she visited two women-run businesses that not only survived the Russian occupation, but also expanded thanks to U.S. assistance. She also met with Mayor Fedoruk and saw the generators and mobile power plant the United States donated, which will provide electricity to 50,000 residents of the city.
