Death toll from missile attack on Kharkiv rises to four – Terekhov
The number of people killed as a result of an enemy strike inflicted on Kharkiv using Kh-59 missiles on Thursday afternoon has increased to four.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov has said this on the Telegram channel.
