URCS volunteers meet evacuation trains arriving in Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsky regions
Volunteers of the Emergency Response Team of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) met evacuation trains in Berdychiv and Khmelnytsky.
"Ukrainians living in towns near which hostilities are taking place continue to evacuate to safer places. Over the weekend, volunteers of the Emergency Response Team of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society of Zhytomyr region met an evacuation train from Pokrovsk, Donetsk region," the society said on Facebook on Monday.
Some 57 people arrived by evacuation train, including 16 children, as well as ten people with limited mobility who needed special transportation conditions.
In Khmelnytsky, volunteers of the URCS Emergency Response Team met the evacuation train from Kherson, provided psychosocial support and other necessary assistance to arriving citizens.
