European Parliament to unanimously support in April one-year extension of trade liberalization for Ukraine – Dombrovskis
Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis is confident that in April of this year the European Parliament will unanimously support the decision to extend trade liberalization measures for Ukraine for another year.
Dombrovskis said at a joint briefing with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal in Kyiv on Friday that yesterday, the International Trade Committee of the European Parliament voted to extend autonomous trade liberalization measures for another year until June 2025.
According to him, a plenary meeting of the European Parliament on this issue is planned in April, and he is confident that it will be supported unanimously without making any comments or remarks.
