Thirty drones shot down over southern regions – southern Defense Forces

Russian occupiers continue to attack populated areas of the south with drones, 30 barrage shells of the type of Shahed-131/136 were shot down, the command of the Defense Forces of southern Ukraine reported on Tuesday morning.

"For three hours, the air defense units were repelling waves of shaheds that came in different directions and maneuvered difficult, terrorizing civilians. Thirty Shahed-131/136 type barrage shells were shot down in our operational area. In the skies of Odesa region – 18, Kirovohrad region – 8, 2 each in Mykolaiv and Kherson region," the message posted on the Telegram channel says.

According to the Southern Defense Forces, an infrastructure facility in Odesa region was hit.

"Unfortunately, it was not possible to avoid hits. An infrastructure facility has been damaged in Odesa region, the buildings of which have been mothballed for a long time. There was a fire in the open area, which was promptly eliminated. There was no information about the victims," the message says.
