Defense forces eliminate 1,250 occupiers, 50 enemy artillery over day – General Staff
The defense forces eliminated 1,250 occupiers, 21 tanks, 40 armored vehicles, 50 artillery systems, one multiple rocket launcher, one air defense system, 58 drones, one cruise missile, one ship, 68 units of vehicles and special equipment during the day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on enemy losses on Wednesday morning.
"The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to March 6, 2024 approximately amount to: about 420,270 people of military personnel (plus 1,250) people, 6,678 tanks (plus 21) units, 12,728 armored combat vehicles (plus 40) units, 10,308 artillery systems (plus 50) units, 1,008 MLRS units (plus one) unit, 701 units of air defense equipment (plus one), 347 aircraft units, 325 helicopters, 7,921 operational-tactical UAVs (plus 58), 1,918 cruise missiles (plus one), 26 ships/boats (plus one) units, one submarine, 13,479 automotive equipment and tankers (plus 56) units, and 1,642 units of special equipment (plus 12)," the message says.
