Air Force Commander Mykola Oleschuk confirmed the destruction of the enemy A-50 aircraft.

"A-50 with the call sign 'Bayan' has arrived! Congratulations to the occupiers 'Happy Defender of the Homeland Day!' We need to celebrate at home, and in such a way that 'Bayan' is not torn," he said in his Telegram channel on Friday.

"Thanks to the Main Intelligence Agency of the Defense Ministry and everyone who ensured the result! Let's keep working! Together – to victory," Oleschuk said.
