European Commission president, Belgian PM to visit Kyiv on Sat
President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and Prime Minister of Belgium, which currently holds the Presidency of the EU, Alexander de Croo will make a visit to Kyiv on Saturday to express their support to Ukraine on the second anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, an informed diplomatic source told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
Ursula von der Leyen and Alexander de Croo will arrive in Kyiv on Saturday to once again reaffirm the European Union's unwavering support for Ukraine, which has been fighting back against the Russian aggression for the second year, the diplomat said.
As reported, von der Leyen and de Croo are on a visit to Warsaw, Poland, on Friday.
