The drone coalition has been officially launched as part of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported.
"Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov signed a corresponding letter of intent and expressed gratitude to the leaders of the coalition – Latvia and the UK – for this important initiative," the Ministry of Defense said on Facebook.
"This is a milestone on the path to achieving technological superiority over our enemy. Mass production and supply of UAVs significantly expand the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," Umerov said, as quoted by the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
