Klitschko: 150 FPV drones urgently sent to Avdiivka as assistance

Mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko announced the sending of additional assistance in the form of 150 FPV drones to three brigades that hold the defense in the city of Avdiivka, Donetsk region.

"Today we urgently found 150 more FPV drones as assistance and sent them to our defenders in Avdiivka. It's very hot there and the soldiers are asking for additional support. Some 50 'birds' from this batch are already on their way to the military of the third assault brigade, some 110 to the first separate mechanized brigade and 47th separate mechanized brigade Mahura," Klitschko said in Telegram channel on Friday.

According to him, a new batch is currently being assembled, which will also be promptly delivered to the Ukrainian military.

As reported, on Friday, after many months of confrontation, the command of the Tavria group of forces decided to withdraw from the Zenit position to the south-eastern outskirts of Avdiivka in order to preserve personnel and improve the operational situation. In addition, planned reinforcement of units is being carried out.
