Death toll due to shelling of Kherson increases to four people – Klymenko
The death toll due to enemy artillery shelling of Kherson has risen to four people, Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko said.
"Rescuers are extinguishing a car that came under artillery shelling in Kherson around noon. Unfortunately, it was not possible to save the driver and passenger. In total, Russian shelling claimed the lives of four local residents. Another person was injured," Klymenko said in his Telegram channel on Monday.
Earlier it was reported that Russian occupiers shelled the center of Kherson, as a result of which two people were killed. Later, Head of the regional military administration Oleksandr Prokudin said the Russians continued to shell the city, and a woman had also died.
