Heads of Ukrainian, UK Red Cross discuss further cooperation
The leaders of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) and their colleagues from the UK discussed the continuation of humanitarian assistance to victims of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation.
"Today, the Ukrainian Red Cross hosted a delegation of colleagues from the UK … During the meeting, issues of current cooperation and plans for the long term were discussed. As well as a vision of the situation for further humanitarian activities and assistance to Ukrainians," the URCS said on Facebook on Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by URCS President Mykola Polischuk, Director General of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society Maksym Dotsenko, newly elected Chief Executive Officer of the British Red Cross Beatrice Butsana-Sita and Executive Director for International Relations Richard Blewitt.
