Russian Merlin reconnaissance drone shot down in Kherson region – Pivden command

The Russian reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle Merlin-BP was shot down in the sky over Kherson region on Tuesday, according to the Facebook page of the South (Pivden) Air Command.

"Today, on January 30, 2024, in Kherson region, the soldiers of Kherson anti-aircraft missile brigade destroyed the Russian reconnaissance UAV Merlin-BP," the message says.
