Court of Appeal leaves Mazepa in custody, but reduced bail to UAH 21 mln – Suspilne
The Court of Appeal upheld the detention until February 27 with the right to post bail for the head and founder of Concorde Capital Investment Company, Ihor Mazepa, but the amount of bail was reduced to UAH 21 million, Suspilne has reported.
"Ten people wanted to take Mazepa on probation, in particular MP Andriy Gerus," but the court rejected these applications.
As reported, on January 19, the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv ordered detention forMazepa, suspected of illegal acquisition of land plots of the Kyiv hydroelectric power plant, with an option of posting bail of UAH 350 million.
