Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting on Monday on frozen Russian assets.
"The meeting concerned Russian assets frozen in various jurisdictions that should be used for protection against Russian aggression," he said in a video message on Monday.
"We are shoring up our position – the position of justice," he said.
