High Representative of the European Union for Foreign and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, will visit Ukraine in February.
He made the corresponding announcement at a press conference after the meeting of the EU Council on Foreign Affairs in Brussels on Monday.
Borrell said he would go to Ukraine in the first days of the second week of February.
The High Representative did not give a specific number – in accordance with the practice of such visits by EU representatives, the date is usually not announced.
Borrell also did not specify his plans, with whom he intends to meet and what goals he sets during this visit.
